Are you ready to create a cute and functional spread filled with Parisian goodies? Let's get started!
First things first, let's divide both pages vertically in half, creating four distinct sections that will help us organize our thoughts and tasks for the upcoming week. Simply fold the page in half vertically to create this layout.
Now, let's focus on the three sections on the right and draw a box in each of them for the days. But let's not stop there! Since we have plenty of space to work with, let's add a decorative box at the top, spanning the width of the three sect1ons and 10 dots tall.
Let's transform the box into a charming scenery! Take a light brown brush pen and add a thin outline to the box. Then, color the bottom half green and the top half light blue to create the illusion of grass and sky.
Next, take the same light brown brush pen and use it to create an outline for the day boxes. Make sure to thicken the outline at the top to leave enough space for the day and date stickers.
Here's what the layout looks like so far and don't forget to leave some space at the bottom of each section for washi tapes or stckers!
Next, let's enhance the look of the spread by adding some black outlines.
Here I’m using a brush pen to add the title may. You can also use the journaling set for the title instead.
Let's use the space below the monthly title for notes / lists / trackers or anything else you would like to add! I'm adding 2 notes sections. One with a checkered pattern and one with a wavy outline.
You can take your spread to the next level by adding daily trackers such as water intake, moods, or steps. It's completely optional, but if you decide to add them, it's simple! Just draw a line within the daily box to create a small section for the tracker.
In the example below, I used a brush pen to create the tracker section and lined it with a black pen to match the rest of the page.
It's time to let your creativity shine by adding stickers and filling up the page!
There are endless possibilities, but here's how I decorated mine. I added a cafe sticker with some seats to complete the outdoor cafe scenery.
Then, I placed some doggie and coffee stickers on the days and notes section to make it more fun!
Lastly, I added a bunch of small stickers on May to make the title pop.
To finish off the spread, I bordered the bottom of the page with washi tape, which we left space for earlier.
And here’s what the spread looks like after filling out the mood trackers!
