Here is a weekly spread tutorial with our Magic Castle theme - Read on to find out how easy it is to set up a journal page with our stickers!
WHAT I USED
- Magic Castle Collection
- Staedtler HB pencil
- Thin black marker
These materials were what I used for reference, but you may use any supplies you have on hand :)
Keeping with the theme let’s turn a Castle into a weekly spread!
To start, let’s draw a rectangle for each section on the page. I’m drawing one for each of the days and an additional one for a to-do list.
Overlapping the towers and making them increase in height from the bottom of the page to the top gives the castle more depth, so feel free to play around with the layout, add some towers, grass and clouds!
Once you are happy with your sketch, let’s go over everything with a thin black marker and add battlements to the top of each tower.
Next let’s add some detail to the towers with bricks and doors. You can also add vines, windows or anything else you like!
Using the journaling set let’s add the days and dates, you can also write it out if you prefer!
Finally let’s add some stickers....
And voila! All done!
