Please note the following 1 star reviews are as a result of this company's dishonesty and mistreatment of me. Even though I have been "banned" I have received at least 2 emails since, asking me to leave reviews, spend coupons which require additional, considerable investment and advertising the newest theme, urging me to purchase. My last two packages were mishandled by the delivery company. The most recent order was lost or stolen by Whiz Deliver (do not use/boycott). See the photo. It was abandoned beside an exterior entrance. No idea which building is this but I was also never notified of it's delivery. The one before was falsely declared as not delivered because I had moved. (I hadn't). I'll never know what exactly happened because Hubman & Chubgirl refused to investigate, and simply blamed me. Interestingly, the order that was not delivered was 396X80, as I had stated it in my email Subject line, but Order 38X285 was refunded instead. The banned email also falsely claimed I had Dm'd the company, which I never did. There are organization, logistic, and administration issues, but my ban is about maintaining a clean image. The reality is, Customer service is deplorable and the Customer is auto blamed when anything goes wrong. These stickers were disappointing in real life. Mediocre in comparison to the promo photos.
