Our teams in Toronto and Houston have been working diligently to get your orders out the door as quickly as possible. The first batches of Strawberry Shortcake preorders and Halloween orders are on their way!

We’ve had an influx of orders to pack due to recent seasonal launches and products coming back in stock, so we greatly appreciate your patience as we work through our queue. Your packages are coming!

Current processing times are as follows:

Orders to Canada / International: 5-10 business days

Orders to the US: 7-12 business days

Processing time is how long it takes our team to print, pack, label, and ship your order.

Estimated shipping times are as follows:

Canada / USA: 5-15 business days

International: 2-8 weeks

Shipping time is how long it takes for your order to get from our office to your mailbox.

‼️🇺🇸 👉 Important Info About US Orders:
⭐️ Your order may be split into two shipments depending on which of our warehouses can get your order shipped sooner. Our Toronto warehouse will occasionally help ship sticker-only packages, but because of existing tariffs, only our Houston warehouse can ship packages containing non-sticker items.

Shipping prices will increase slightly and temporarily. This helps cover additional brokerage fees and higher shipping costs for shipments from Toronto, as well as for splitting orders.

Sticker order only: shipping price increases from $3 to $4
Non-sticker orders: shipping price increases from $5 to $7
