Black Friday is our busiest time of the year — so our Toronto warehouse is continuing to help our Houston team with US orders to make sure your happy mail gets shipped out on time!

🇺🇸 US orders:
Subscriptions ship on priority within 4 to 5 business days. 

Advent Calendars are priority orders and will ship more quickly than the regular queue, our current timeline on those is 1 to 2 weeks.

Sticker-only orders (sticker sheets, variety packs, etc)
Processing time: 1 to 2 weeks

Orders with non-sticker items (washi tapes, pins, box sets, etc.) 
Processing time: 3 to 4 weeks

🇨🇦 Canada + International orders:
Processing time for all orders: 1 week or less
Advent Calendars: 2 to 3 business days

⭐️ Your order may be split in two shipments because Toronto can ship stickers tariff free (and additional brokerage fees that we will cover), but gets hit with tariffs on non-sticker orders.

⭐️ We recommend grabbing just stickers during our Black Friday sale—they'll be up to 50% off, and sticker-only orders ship out much faster than ones with non-sticker items, since our Toronto team will help ship them too! 

⭐️ There will be a small temporary shipping price increase to help with this starting November 17th. This is to help cover some of the extra brokerage fees and higher shipping costs for shipping from Toronto and splitting orders. But don't worry, you will save more than the increase with all the sales coming up:

Sticker order only: shipping price increases from $3 to $4

Non-sticker orders: shipping price increases from $5 to $7
