Processing time (Updated Sept 28th): 2 business days if your order does not include anything from our new gaming theme. Any gaming theme orders will be 5 business days due to high volume. We are running at full capacity, thanks for being so patient!
Shipping times: USA & Canada: 5-10 business days. International orders: 3-8 weeks.

VAT: Shipments to the UK or any EU countries will be submit to VAT (Value Added Tax). Orders over $150 will be not be subject to VAT during purchase, but through your country's customs before it arrives.

I absolutely love this! It’s so cute and sets my luggage apart from others. The tag is well made and I can’t wait to see it in action when I go on my next trip. I only wish it came with more address inserts because I messed it up almost immediately by choosing the wrong pen. Maybe they’ll be an item in the store one day! (Possibly with other images on the cards)
